ABSTRACT: The Impact of Globalization on Vocational Career Mobility examines how globalization influences career opportunities and mobility for vocational graduates. This study investigates the effects of global economic integration, cross-border mobility, and international market demands on vocational career paths. The objectives were: to analyze the impact of globalization on job availability and mobility in vocational sectors, to assess the skills and competencies required for globalized vocational careers, and to explore challenges and opportunities for vocational graduates in the globalized economy. A survey design was chosen to gather comprehensive data from vocational graduates, employers, and industry experts, providing insights into career trajectories and global market demands. A sample size of 300 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique to include participants with experience in international job markets and vocational education. The case study focused on the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. Findings indicated that globalization has expanded job opportunities in certain vocational sectors while creating challenges related to skill mismatches and cultural adaptation. It is recommended that vocational institutions should integrate global competence development into curricula, offer language and cultural training programs, and foster international partnerships to enhance students' readiness for global career mobility.
